Numatic HVR200A Henry Vacuum Cleaner
The
HVR200A Henry was first introduced in 2009. It is a dry only vacuum cleaner with a powerful
1200W two stage motor with "Autosave" energy conservation features which result in a 50% energy saving,
a 30% improvement in exhaust air quality and 20% lower noise level than the previous model, the
HVR200-22. Every time you switch Henry on you will automatically start in the economy setting.
When more
power is needed for a particular tough area you just push the red switch to engage Hi mode.
When you want to move back to economy mode, just push the red switch again. Easy!
Henry has a nice long 10m cable with an easy to use rewind system which is mercifully free of gadgets to go wrong. It uses giant Tritex filters and now uses the Hepaflo dust bags which improve filtration efficiency, cleanliness and capacity.
In case you're wondering, HVR = "Henry Vacuum Red". There are three other
Henry colours, producing a Blue Henry, a
Green Henry and a
Yellow Henry. Which
one you buy is of course up to you - but the red ones are cheaper. Why? I think
it's just a question of volume - how many of each type they produce.

Do check your supplier includes Kit A1 as some suppliers have shipped a cheaper aluminium version. The A1 kit metal components are made of stainless steel.
